Daniel Sánchez is originally from Perú. He did his undergraduate studies in English and French in his hometown of Trujillo, and taught English for several years at a Binational Center. At the same time, he created and ran two very successful study abroad, and international volunteering programs. He came to the US for his graduate studies at the University of Georgia, earning an MA in Romance Languages, and currently working on his dissertation on Hispanic Studies. His research interests include Latin American electronic literature and Latin American cult film.
